You’re about to begin one of the most beautiful chapters of your life, and I would be truly honored to be part of your special day.
 

Below is a detailed outline of how my Live Wedding Painting works. If you have any questions, please check out the FAQ's page and don’t hesitate to reach out!
 

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

1. Check Availability: Submit an inquiry to confirm your wedding date. I’ll typically respond within 24-48 hours.
    

2. Consultation: Schedule your consultation to plan your painting. This includes selecting key scenes, poses, and any other important details you’d like incorporated.
    

3. Secure Your Date: Lock in your booking with a 50% deposit and a signed contract within 7 days. 
    

ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
 

1. Setup and Background: I’ll arrive 1-2 hours before your ceremony (based on your unique venue and wedding) to start painting the background and designing the composition. By the time your guests arrive, the painting will already be in progress.
    

2. Exclusive Photoshoot: Depending on your timeline, I’ll take you for a quick private photoshoot either before or after the ceremony to gather reference material for your painting.
    

3. Capturing the Moment: Using the photos and references, I’ll sketch your moment onto the canvas and begin painting you and your spouse over the background.
    

4. End-of-Night Reveal: By the end of the evening, your painting will be nearly complete. I’ll find you to share the progress before I leave. If your photographer or videographer is still around, I’ll coordinate with them to capture you and your painting together.
    

AFTER YOUR WEDDING

1. Final Touches: I’ll take your painting back to my studio to add the finishing details and apply a protective varnish (on acrylics). This process typically takes 4-16 weeks, depending on the size/medium of the artwork.
    

2. Delivery: Your completed painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, or we’ll arrange for local pickup/drop off, if preferred.
